DigitAIse is run by AIME TECH UK LIMITED. This page lists every cookie set on digitaise.co.uk and app.digitaise.co.uk. Essential cookies are always on. Analytics cookies are set only if you press Analytics only or Accept all; advertising measurement cookies only if you press Accept all. One choice covers both sites.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits to our public pages and see which pages lead to sign-ups. It does not run inside customer workspaces (the dashboard, onboarding or anything you connect). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Provider: Google Ireland Limited (UK and EEA users) and Google LLC, which may process data in the USA under the UK-US data bridge. Advertising measurement cookies (only if you press Accept all)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads: whether a visit to our public pages came from one of our ads, and whether it led to a sign-up. We do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number. Meta receives the page address, your browser and device details and your IP address, and may link the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account you are signed in to; Meta uses this as a separate company under its own privacy policy, including for its own advertising. The Meta Pixel does not run inside customer workspaces. Provider: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which may transfer data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. See Meta's privacy policy.

Other browser storage

The app also keeps a few things in your browser's local or session storage so features work: your recent Nova chat on that device, whether you have finished the product tour, the state of the support chat, and a short-lived flag when you reveal masked data in My data. They are not used for tracking and are not shared with anyone. If a business using DigitAIse adds Website chat to its own site, the chat keeps a random visitor ID in your browser so your conversation can continue; that business's own cookie notice covers it.
